Immersion assembly line
The dipping assembly line is an automated equipment for seasoning, pickling and preserving food materials in food processing. It is suitable for pickled vegetable factories, meat processing plants, aquatic product processing plants, snack food factories and other scenarios. It solves the problems of low efficiency, uneven flavor absorption and difficult hygiene control in manual dipping. Through a controllable dipping tank and conveying system, the equipment immerses food materials in seasonings, pickling liquids or preservation liquids, and realizes timed, temperature-controlled and cyclic dipping according to process requirements. This ensures that food materials absorb liquid components evenly, while reducing manual contact, ensuring food hygiene and improving the level of production standardization.
Multi-stage Temperature and Time Control System:Supports multi-stage temperature control (5-60℃) with a temperature control error of ±1℃; equipped with a precise timer, which can set a dipping time of 5-300 minutes. Parameters of different sections can be adjusted independently to adapt to diversified dipping processes (such as normal temperature pickling, low temperature preservation, heating for flavor absorption).
Circulating Stirring and Conveying Structure:The dipping tank is equipped with a stirring device to make the dipping liquid flow evenly and avoid local concentration differences; it adopts a food-grade stainless steel mesh belt for conveying, with an adjustable conveying speed of 0.2-4m/min. The height of the mesh belt can be fine-tuned to ensure that food materials are completely immersed and fully dipped.
Liquid Level and Concentration Monitoring System:Equipped with a liquid level sensor, which automatically alarms and replenishes liquid when the liquid level is low; some models are equipped with a concentration detection module to monitor the concentration of the dipping liquid in real time, and automatically prompt to add when the concentration is insufficient, ensuring consistent dipping effect of each batch of food materials.
Uniform and Efficient Flavor Absorption:Through cyclic stirring and precise timing, the uniform flavor absorption rate of food materials exceeds 95%, and the dipping efficiency is 5-8 times that of manual work, which greatly shortens the production cycle and is suitable for batch processing needs.
Adaptable to Multiple Food Materials and Processes:Can process food materials of various forms such as blocks (radishes, meat), strips (beans, kelp), and granules (peanuts, edamame), and supports different dipping processes such as seasoning, pickling, desalination and preservation, without frequent equipment modification.
Hygiene and Safety Controllable:The machine body and contact parts are made of 304 stainless steel, which meets food hygiene standards; the dipping tank is equipped with automatic cleaning and sewage discharge devices, which reduce bacteria breeding in residual liquid and lower food safety risks.

Pickled Vegetable Processing:Performs sauce pickling and salt pickling on vegetables such as radishes, cucumbers and beans, ensuring uniform sauce flavor through cyclic dipping and improving the flavor stability of pickled vegetables.
Meat Processing:Pickles pork, chicken, beef, etc., allowing seasonings to penetrate into the meat evenly, improving taste, shortening pickling time, and adapting to the production of sausages, bacon, braised meat and other products.
Aquatic Product Processing:Performs seasoning dipping or preservation treatment on aquatic food materials such as dried fish, dried shrimps and squid, improving the flavor of food materials, extending the shelf life, and meeting the production needs of leisure aquatic food.
Snack Food Processing:Dips snack foods such as potato chips, dried tofu and nuts in seasoning liquid to achieve rapid flavor absorption, ensuring consistent taste of each piece/grain of food material and improving product quality.
